Thanks to AIQ Detect, your coupling becomes a smart component. The digital sensor monitors the wear and condition of the flexible elements and measures the direction and speed of movement. Thus, the condition of the coupling is under continuous observation. The device features a colored LED strip that directly indicates the condition of the flexible element using a color code. Additionally, you can check the status of the coupling through the AIQ app via Bluetooth connection or by linking it to your system using a PLC interface. If you have Flender's AIQ Core hardware, you can also monitor the status of the coupling through the cloud-based AIQ portal. AIQ Detect can be ordered factory-installed on new couplings, or you can easily retrofit it to your old coupling by ordering the AIQ Detect retrofit kit.
