Equip your flexible Flender N-Eupex coupling with AIQ Detect to enhance the reliability of your machinery and reduce unexpected maintenance downtime. Optimized replacement intervals for flexible elements save costs and minimize environmental impact, as knowing the condition of the elements means they no longer need to be replaced prematurely for safety's sake. Additionally, potential unforeseen damage is avoided by knowing exactly when the elements need to be replaced.

Thanks to AIQ Detect, your coupling becomes a smart component. The digital sensor monitors the wear and condition of the flexible elements while measuring the direction and speed of movement. Thus, the condition of the coupling is under continuous surveillance. The device features a color LED strip that color codes the condition of the flexible element at a glance. Furthermore, you can check the coupling's status through the AIQ app via Bluetooth or by connecting it to your system using a PLC interface. If you have Flender's AIQ Core hardware, you can additionally check the status of the coupling in the cloud-based AIQ portal.

AIQ Detect can be ordered pre-installed on new couplings at the factory, or you can easily install it yourself afterward on your old coupling by ordering the AIQ Detect retrofitting kit.
