Y-laager

The design of the bearings in the bearing units is based on proven bearing series 62 and 63. SKF manufactures several series that differ in terms of attachment to the shaft. The bearings are single-row angular contact ball bearings, with seals on both sides and a spherical outer ring raceway.

The YET bearing features an eccentric locking ring with a retaining screw. These are used in bearing arrangements where the direction of rotation does not change. The YET bearing has an extended inner ring on one side and standard two lubrication holes in the outer ring.
