Instruction: VDE and GS tested. Conventional electrical screwdriver blades often have a diameter so large that they cannot access deep-seated screws. However, their insulation must not be removed, as this would compromise safety. The Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY design, specially developed for electrical work, integrates insulation into the blade, allowing for tips up to 33% narrower. With slimBit tips, you can easily access deep screws and spring elements. Insulated slimBit tips are subjected to piece inspection according to the international standard IEC 60900, allowing safe work with live parts up to 1,000 V AC. 6 mm slimBit thin tips can only be used with speedE®, slimVario®, or TorqueVario®-S electric tools.
