The blade diameter of conventional electrician screwdrivers is often so large that they cannot access deep-seated screws. However, their insulation must not be removed, as this would compromise safety. Specifically developed for electrical work, the Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY design integrates protective insulation into the blade, allowing for blade diameters that are up to 33% narrower. With slimBit tips, you can easily access deep screw and spring elements. Insulated slimBit tips undergo piece inspection according to the international standard IEC 60900, enabling safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. 6 mm slimBit fine tips should only be used with speedE®, slimVario®, or TorqueVario®-S electric tools. Tested according to the IEC 60900 standard.
