The perfectly certified TorqueVario®-S VDE torque system enables controlled tightening of screws while ensuring safety during electrical work. The VDE torque screwdriver covers a wide range of applications with its adjustable torque range of 0.8–5.0 Nm. When the torque is reached, the tool provides a clearly audible and noticeable signal, ensuring process-safe torque technology. This prevents material damage and rework. The release accuracy of the torque tool is +/- 6%, meeting the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 6789 standard. The insulated ClicFix bit holder features mechanical tip locking for secure retention of 75 mm long slimBits. Both the torque screwdriver and slimBits tips undergo piece inspection in accordance with the international standard IEC 60900, allowing for safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
