The replaceable tips withstand long-term use at temperatures up to 130 °C and short-term use up to a maximum of 190 °C. The tips made of carbon-fiber reinforced plastic are highly flexible, fatigue-resistant, vibration-dampening, and water-repellent. Tips handle various chemicals well (most oils, lubricants, fuels, and apolar solvents). Same precision and stability as standard tweezers: the plastic tips feature a snug 3-point connection (2 fixed points in the arms, one screw), allowing the user to attach them perfectly to the body without any play.
