Soudal Sprayable Foam Genius is a ready-to-use, one-component sprayable polyurethane foam for insulation.

The product features include excellent adhesion to various surfaces (excluding PE, PP, and PTFE) and outstanding thermal insulation. It is easy to level and seal uneven and hard-to-reach surfaces, as it can be used in both horizontal and vertical positions with a gun-like application. The product is equipped with a unique patented Genius Gun nozzle system, making it as easy and hassle-free to use as possible.

Soudal Sprayable Foam Genius remains flexible and is resistant to various solvents, paints, and chemicals. It does not age, rot, or mold. It is water-resistant and prevents condensation but is not UV-resistant or waterproof.

The product is solvent-free and contains less than 0.1% di-isocyanate.

One 700 ml foam can cover up to 1 m² of insulation (approximately 2 cm thickness after curing).
