- Applications: Machine parts requiring greater mechanical strength, rigidity, heat
and wear resistance than PA 6 offers.
Features: This material provides better mechanical properties and heat resistance than PA 6. However, impact strength and damping capacity are lower.
- Resistance to chemicals: pH range approx. 4–12, very resistant to e.g. oils, fuels and solvents
- UV resistance: Good
- Food grade: FDA (standard for central warehouse stock items), “Food Grade” (EU) 10/2011 (certificate given while making factory order)
