92 09 02 ESD Plastic ESD Tweezers ESD tweezers are made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced plastic, offering excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and they withstand abrasion and scratching exceptionally well. Only ESD versions: 10^2–10^4 ohm surface resistance compensates for potential differences between the user and electronic components in a controlled manner. ESD plastic tweezers are suitable for long-term use at temperatures up to 130 °C, with short-term use possible at temperatures up to 190 °C. The ESD versions made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic are very flexible, fatigue resistant, vibration dampening, and water-repellent, also resisting a wide range of chemicals (most oils, greases, fuels, and apolar solvents). ESD plastic tweezers are ideal for optimal surface protection when handling sensitive electronic components, micro-mechanical parts, as well as glass and ceramic components.
