Instructions for use:
The correct taping technique is important when taping. The skin to be taped must be dry and free of grease.
The tape will stay on the skin for about 3-7 days at a time, depending on the intended use.
You can shower with the tape on. After showering, pat the tape dry with a towel.

NOTE! Do not use the tape on broken skin or an area that has been treated with cold gel, heat or medicated cream,
they can react with the adhesive of the tape and irritate the skin.
If your skin is particularly sensitive, test the tape on a small area for 24 hours.
If the tape causes itching or skin irritation, remove the tape from the skin.
