Efficient grease remover concentrate for both manual and machine methods. Low-foaming product suitable for mechanical applications. Excellent for emulsifying oily and solid grease. Also effective in removing soot from surfaces that can’t withstand sodium hydroxide.

Usage areas: Grills, griddles, grease filters, hoods, deep fryers, as well as grease and soot deposits on walls and floors. Also suitable as a cleaner for self-cleaning ovens.

Dosage:
General cleaning 2 - 4 ml / 1 l
Grease removal from surfaces 20 ml / 1 l
For particularly dirty surfaces and removing burnt grease 50 - 100 ml / 1 l
Oven cleaning: For lightly soiled ovens and for regular cleaning of normally soiled ovens as is. Manufacturer’s instructions should be followed.
