Kiilto Pro Kisu BT 5L

Priming agent for concrete floors. Base treatment for porous surface materials such as mosaic concrete and unglazed stone materials. Can also be used to saturate old and very porous linoleum floors. Not suitable for dry-pressed tiles.

Before treating the surface with Kiilto Pro Kisu BT, ensure that the surface is porous, clean, and dry. If the surface is too dense or dirty, Kiilto Pro Kisu BT will not absorb properly and may peel off after drying. Previously used oil-based stone treatment products may also prevent the absorption of Kiilto Pro Kisu BT priming agent. Please note that very porous floors may require a longer drying time (up to 24 hours) after washing.

Switch off the underfloor heating well in advance. Apply one coat of Kiilto Pro Kisu BT priming agent using a floor squeegee and allow it to absorb. Wipe off any excess, unabsorbed product. Avoid excessive use of the priming agent; it must fully absorb into the surface material. A second coat can be applied if necessary. If a visible layer forms on the surface, it can be removed immediately after drying by washing it with Kiilto Pro Linoli wax remover (dosage: 1 dl per 1 l of water) or allowing it to wear off.

After drying, the Kiilto Pro Kisu BT treated floor can and should be waxed; for example, Kiilto Pro Silk Gloss is a suitable wax for this purpose.
Drying time: 1–24 hours.
Coverage: 25–50 m² per liter.
