- When cold, the compress is effective first aid treatment for strains, sprains and burns. - Cool or warm, the compress is well suited for multi-purpose work wellness support. The cold treatment reduces swelling or the formation of bruising, alleviates pain and speeds up recovery. - The heat treatment is fit for the alleviation of non-inflammatory pain such as muscle cramps, tension and lumbago. - The product can be cooled and heated up many times, and owing to the flexible spherical gel structure the product is comfortable to use with long-time temperature retention. - Instructions for use as a cold compress: Cool the compress and store in the freezer. Set a fabric or bandage between the cold compress and the area to be treated. Fasten the cold compress steadily with a bandage or similar. Let the cold compress cool down the treatment area for approximately 15 minutes. Repeat if necessary. - Instructions for use as a hot compress: Heat the product to a suitable temperature in a microwave. Set a fabric or bandage between the hot compress and the area to be treated. Fasten the hot compress steadily with a bandage or similar. Let the hot compress warm the treatment area for approximately 15 minutes.
