Granuldisk pesugraanulid 20L
63162 for granule ware washers
The effectiveness of the small blue plastic granules is based on their mechanical cleaning power, produced in conjunction with the Granuldisk machine's granule rinse technology. The powerful pumps spray the granules, scrubbing away even the most stubborn dirt from cooking utensils without the need for pre-soaking.

The dosing of the granules varies by machine type: GD 600 / 6 l, GD 700 / 8 l, GD 900 / 20 l. Granule quantity check: all new machines are equipped with a granule collection container that facilitates the collection of granules for cleaning or to verify the quantity (see the machine's operating manual). For older machine models, the granule quantity check is done when the granules are at the bottom of the tank and the tank water has been drained: - For the GD 600, the washing tank sieve must be removed to see the bottom of the washing tank. The surface of the granules should be level with the vertical and sloping seam of the washing tank (see the operating manual). - The edge of the GD 700 washing tank has a marking line for the correct granule quantity. - In the GD 900, the quantity of granules must be about 2 cm below the bend of the tank (see the operating manual). Granules should be added whenever there is too little. There must always be the correct amount of granules for the best cleaning results. A check is recommended to be performed at least twice a month. This is an easy procedure when cleaning the granules – either while they are in the tank or collected in the granule collection container. The cleaner the granules, the lower the hygiene risk and odor nuisance. Granule cleanliness also affects the cleaning result. We recommend rinsing the granules daily, especially if the machine is used frequently. |
