Flexible Coupling Rexnord Omega E

Rexnord Omega couplings are highly torsionally flexible, maintenance-free tyre couplings widely used in various industrial applications. The axial split-in-half structure of the Omega coupling facilitates a quick and easy element installation and replacement without the need for disassembly. The flexible element allows for the coupling to adjust axial errors of alignment and to effectively dampen vibrations and jolts occurring during use. The Omega elements are offered in configurations of Close Coupled (E) and Spacer (ES).

Properties:
- Quick and easy installation
- Element condition easy to observe
- Up to 38,400Nm rated torque capacity
- Also available as a HDY version for heavier-duty applications up to 43,000Nm.
- Hubs available in taper bore and finished shaft bore designs
- Applications include pumps, compressors and blowers
- ATEX approved for potentially explosive atmospheres
- A complete coupling consists of an elastic element and two hubs (to be considered as separate components when ordering)
