Dexal Pro Hydration is a calorie-free and sugar-free sports drink that helps replenish fluids and essential electrolytes lost during performance. Pro Hydration Lemon-Lime includes a performance-enhancing dose of caffeine, equivalent to about one cup of coffee per serving. The Dexal Pro Hydration sports drink provides hydration and performance without calories and sugar. The product contains the body's essential salts (sodium, potassium, chloride, and magnesium) to maintain fluid and salt balance while ensuring normal muscle function. Dexal Pro Hydration keeps you hydrated and alert during workouts, at work, or on the go. Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 5 dl of water. Consume during exercise at a rate of 1.5-2 dl approximately every 15 minutes. The effervescent tablet can be halved and mixed with a smaller amount of water if desired. 1 tablet = 1 serving. 18 tablets yield 9 liters of ready-to-drink sports beverage.
