Fibre cloth are great for: sieving liquids, filtering and pressing, drying salads and vegetables, and storing salad in the fridge. Salad stays crisp when wrapped in lightly moistened Carita cloth. Fibre cloth is also suitable for simmering, but please note that withstands 70°C heat for two hours and 100°C heat for 15 minutes.
