Sikaflex-529 Evolution ooker 290ml

Sikaflex-529 Evolution is a sprayable 1-component sealant based on Silane Terminated Polymer (STP). The product dries under the influence of air humidity.

The product is used to seal sheet metal seams and areas of the vehicle body with an original-looking spray mark. The product adheres well to surfaces commonly used in car bodies, e.g. metal primers and paint surfaces, metals, painted plastic surfaces and plastic surfaces. When applied by spraying, the product improves the durability of the car body against stone impacts and other stresses that wear down the material surface.

The advantages of the product are that its dispensing/spraying mark can be easily adjusted to match the original sealing mark, it can be overpainted with several different auto paint systems, it has excellent spraying properties with little overspray, and it has good acoustic and vibration damping properties. The product can be dispensed by spraying and in seam form.

The product has a mild fragrance. It does not contain isocyanate or solvents, silicone or PVC.

Sikaflex-529 Evolution is suitable for injection into car bodies as an elastic sealant for sheet metal seams, glue joints and for use as a stone coating in connection with body repairs and body protection.

Consult the manufacturer's instructions before using the product with plastic grades that are prone to stress cracking. The product should be tested on real material surfaces and operating conditions to ensure adhesion and compatibility properties.
