3M™ VHB™ tape 4950 is a white, 1.1 mm thick, acrylic adhesive VHB tape. The 3M™ VHB™ tape 4950 features a strong acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties. This creates an exceptionally strong double-sided foam tape that adheres to a wide variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, many composites and plastics, acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS plastic, as well as painted or treated wood. These adhesive tapes provide excellent shear strength, conformability, surface adhesion, and heat resistance. They are commonly used in various markets, such as transportation, appliance manufacturing, electronics, signage and display industries, as well as general industrial applications. They securely bond a wide range of materials firmly and quickly for permanent applications.
