Suitable for work on live components up to 1,000 V AC. Conventional electrician screwdrivers often have a blade diameter so large that they cannot access deep-seated screws. Their insulation must not be removed, as this would compromise safety. In the specially developed Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY design specifically for electrical work, protective insulation is integrated into the blade, allowing for blades that are up to 33% narrower. With slimBit tips, you can easily access deeply located screws and spring elements. Insulated slimBit tips undergo component examination according to the international standard IEC 60900, enabling safe working with live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
