Tying Machine DTR181ZJ

The DTR181ZJ is a fast and efficient brushless tying machine. With this quick and handy tying machine, you can tie rebar, underfloor heating pipes, and cables rapidly and ergonomically. The maximum capacity is 22 x 25 mm for pipes and steel. The machine is ergonomic and can perform up to 5,000 ties on a single fully charged 6.0 Ah battery. The tying machine operates on a single Makita 18V LXT battery. The DTR181ZJ is a body-only version, meaning the battery and charger are sold separately. Delivered in a convenient stackable Makpac case.

The machine can be easily operated with one hand, allowing you to adjust the rebar position with the other. The tying machine's balancing minimizes wrist strain, and the rubberized handle ensures a firm grip on the machine. The Makita XPT system protects the machine effectively against water and dust in the toughest conditions.

The Makita tying machine has two alternative trigger modes. In single tying mode, the machine makes one tie when the switch is pressed. In continuous use mode, the switch is kept pressed, and the machine makes a new tie whenever the jaws are in contact with the target.

The tying tension can be adjusted on a scale of 1–6 according to the material. Changing a used-up tying wire spool is quick and easy.
