Details
SKL-WP2 has been developed for large and rough surfaces, from which it is difficult to remove excess penetrating agent with a solvent-removable cleaning agent or emulsifier. SKL-WP2 is a water-removable dye penetrant for type 2 penetrant testing under visible white light.

This bright red penetrant is designed to wash off of parts easily, leaving less background for clearer marks even on rough surfaces. Fast rinsing reduces water usage in the inspection process, and rinse water is easily treated for simpler disposal, ensuring a reliable NDT process at a lower cost.

This color contrast penetrant meets all NDT specifications for dye penetrant testing and can be used on a wide variety of metals including non-ferrous and ferrous metals.
