Soudal Sprayable Foam Genius is a ready-to-use 1-component sprayable polyurethane foam for insulation.

Product properties include good adhesion to various surfaces (excluding PE, PP, and PTFE) and excellent thermal insulation. It is easy to level and seal uneven and hard-to-reach surfaces, as it can be used with a gun and can be applied in both horizontal and vertical positions. The product is equipped with a unique patented Genius Gun nozzle system, making it as easy and effortless to use as possible.

Soudal Sprayable Foam Genius remains flexible and is resistant to various solvents, paints, and chemicals. It does not age, rot, or mold. It is water-resistant and prevents condensation, but it is not UV-resistant or waterproof.

The product is solvent-free and contains less than 0.1% diisocyanate.

One 700 ml can of foam can cover up to 1 m² of insulation (approximately 2 cm layer after curing).
