Renegade Volt ES200i

The ESAB Renegade VOLT ES 200i is a portable battery-powered welding machine for stick welding (SMAW) and TIG welding (Live TIG). The machine can be used flexibly with battery power, mains power, or in AMP+ hybrid mode. This cordless welding machine operates with 6 Ah, 9 Ah, and 12 Ah DeWALT FlexVOLT batteries. With the Renegade VOLT welding machine, you can weld up to 33 (E6013) rods on a single charge using four 12 Ah batteries, which are included in the package.

Easily portable and powerful, the Volt is perfect for welders on the move who work in remote or hard-to-reach locations without mains power. In AMP+ hybrid mode, the Volt supplements mains power with battery power to prevent smaller fuses, such as 10 A or 16 A, from blowing or to provide more power when welding with a 120 V power supply. The Renegade VOLT features a robust, industrial-grade design and impact-resistant housing with multiple lifting points to facilitate portable use. Its bright color display and clear interface are well-suited for outdoor use, even in direct sunlight. The display includes a battery status indicator and an arc time remaining counter. This powerful welding machine produces an exceptionally high-quality arc, and it includes special features like hot start, arc force control, memory function, and a cellulose mode (6010) to optimize performance based on the application or user preferences.
