High-quality stainless steel frame: high temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance against most chemicals, salts, and acids. Replaceable tips are made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced plastic: very good electrical and thermal conductivity, scratch resistance, and wear resistance. The surface resistance of the replaceable, carbon fiber reinforced plastic tips is 10^2–10^4 ohms and it compensates for potential differences between the user and electronic components in a controlled manner. The replaceable tips can withstand long-term use at temperatures up to 130 °C and short-term use up to a maximum of 190 °C. The carbon fiber reinforced plastic tips are highly flexible, fatigue-resistant, vibration-dampening, and water-repellent. The tips are resistant to various chemicals (most oils, lubricants, fuels, and non-polar solvents). The same precision and stability as standard tweezers: plastic tips have a play-free 3-point connection (2 fixed points on the arms, one screw), allowing the user to attach them to the frame perfectly without play.
