The surface resistance of the replaceable carbon fiber reinforced plastic tips is 10^2–10^4 ohms and compensates for controlled potential differences between the user and electronic components. The replaceable tips withstand continuous use temperatures up to 130 °C and short-term exposure up to a maximum of 190 °C. The carbon fiber reinforced plastic tips are highly flexible, fatigue-resistant, vibration-damping, and water-repellent. The tips resist various chemicals well (most oils, lubricants, fuels, and non-polar solvents). The same precision and stability as standard tweezers: the plastic tips feature a play-free 3-point connection (2 fixed points in the arms, one screw), allowing the user to attach them to the body perfectly without play.
