92 09 04 ESD Plastic ESD Tweezers
The ESD tweezers are made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced plastic, providing excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. They offer exceptional resistance to abrasion and scratching. Only ESD versions: 10^2–10^4 ohm surface resistance compensates for potential differences between the user and electronic components in a controlled manner. ESD plastic tweezers are suitable for prolonged use up to temperatures of 130 °C, while short-term usage is possible at temperatures up to 190 °C. The ESD versions made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic are highly flexible, fatigue-resistant, vibration-reducing, and water-repellent, and they provide good resistance to chemicals (most oils, greases, fuels, and non-polar solvents). ESD plastic tweezers are ideal for optimal surface protection when handling sensitive electronic components, precision mechanical parts, as well as glass and ceramic components.
