92 09 02 ESD Plastic ESD Tweezers ESD tweezers are made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced plastic, providing excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and they resist abrasion and scratching very well. Only ESD versions: 10^2–10^4 ohm surface resistance compensates for potential differences between the user and electronic components in a controlled manner. ESD plastic tweezers withstand prolonged use at temperatures up to 130 °C, and short-term use is possible at temperatures up to 190 °C. Versions made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic are highly flexible, fatigue resistant, vibration dampening, and water-repellent, with good resistance to chemicals (most oils, greases, fuels, and apolar solvents). ESD plastic tweezers are ideal for maximum surface protection when handling sensitive electronic components, fine mechanical parts, as well as glass and ceramic components.
