Only ESD versions: surface resistance of 10^2–10^4 ohms compensates for potential differences between the user and electronic components in a controlled manner. ESD plastic tweezers can withstand prolonged use at temperatures up to 130 °C, and short-term use is possible at temperatures up to 190 °C. Versions made from ESD carbon fiber reinforced plastic are extremely flexible, fatigue-resistant, vibration-damping, and water-repellent, with excellent chemical resistance (to most oils, greases, fuels, and apolar solvents).
