Locking Device EX 30
Details
Locking devices allow the hub to be connected to the shaft without a key joint. Mounting is based on a friction joint on the mating surfaces of the pieces.

Advantages:
- Quick installation and disassembly
- Backlash-free joint

Features:
- For small torque loads
- Non-self-centering
- For shaft diameters 6–400 mm
- Shaft tolerance d < 40 mm h6 and d > 40 mm h8
- Hub tolerance d < 40 H6 and d > 40 mm H8
- Recommended surface roughness Rt = 6 µm

Markings:
- Size given as dxD
- d = shaft diameter
- D = external diameter
- H = height measurements
