CGS grease fire extinguisher contains an extinguishing agent developed for extinguishing fires involving cooking oils and fats (fire class F). The Evocolit Kitchen GREEN-PFC free extinguishing agent reacts with burning oils and fats, smothering the fire and preventing oxygen access. The CGS grease fire extinguisher is also suitable for extinguishing Class A fires, but with limited efficacy.
