The DUR193RT is a powerful and versatile lawn trimmer for its size, designed for tidying and finishing lawns. The DUR193RT is part of Makita's 18V (LXT) battery family.

Thanks to the telescopically adjustable shaft and the angle adjustment of the cutting head (five positions: 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 degrees), the trimmer can easily cut under plants and furniture. The cutting head rotates to a maximum of 180 degrees in the extreme positions of length adjustment, making it easy to edge pathways. The trimmer cuts with a single 1.6 mm line, which can be manually re-spooled or entirely replaced with ease.

With a 5Ah battery, the trimmer can operate up to 40 minutes in typical trimming tasks. The cutting head is equipped with a deployable guard that protects plants and prevents damage while allowing for precise trimming around them. User ergonomics are optimized due to the lightweight design and adjustable front handle and trimmer length, catering to individual user preferences. Additionally, vibration and noise levels are low.

The trimmer is equipped with a line that resembles a four-leaf clover in profile, which is quieter, more durable, and cuts more efficiently than traditional round lines. The package includes additional line, with an 8-meter capacity spool. Also included are one 18V 5.0Ah battery and a quick charger.
