Details
Gates Poly Chain Carbon Volt belts offer exceptionally high power transfer capacity and a maintenance-free option for even the most demanding and heavy industrial applications. Thanks to their carbon tensile cords and polyurethane construction, they are very strong, durable and stable in length, as well as safe in potentially explosive surroundings.

Features:
- Antistatic according to ISO 9563, and can be used in conditions according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU.
- Belt lengths: 640–4,480 mm (8MGTV)
- Operating temperature range: -54 to +85 °C.
- Allows tightening on the back side.

Advantages:
- Up to 400% better power transfer performance compared to standard HTD belts.
- Enables maintenance-free, quiet and energy-saving operation.
- Good resistance to chemicals, moisture, ozone and oil.
- Excellent impact resistance.
