Standard sharpening steel is quick and easy to use. Just swipe the knife with the sharpening steel 5 to 6 times on both sides, and your knife will be as good as new. A sharpening angle of 15 to 20 degrees is optimal. Start from the base of the knife and work upwards. Wash and dry knives after sharpening. Sharpening steel is made of durable stainless steel.
