Dexal Heavy - sports drink concentrate is best suited for two demanding applications: carbohydrate loading for endurance athletes before prolonged efforts and replenishment during events such as tournaments where rest and nutrition alone are insufficient for optimal recovery. The drink is enriched with potassium and sodium to maintain fluid balance and aid in the recovery of physical performance. Usage: mix with water to obtain 2.6 liters of ready-to-drink sports beverage from one bottle. Consume 1.5–2.5 dl of the drink every 15–20 minutes. It is recommended to be taken before exercise and, if needed, also after.
