Details
Equip your flexible Flender N-Eupex coupling with AIQ Detect to enhance your equipment's reliability and reduce unexpected maintenance downtimes. Optimized replacement intervals for flexible elements save costs and protect the environment, as knowing the condition of the elements means they no longer need to be replaced prematurely for safety. Additionally, potential unforeseen damages are avoided since you know exactly when to replace the elements.

Thanks to AIQ Detect, your coupling becomes a smart component. The digital sensor monitors the wear and condition of the flexible elements and measures the direction and speed of movement, ensuring constant oversight of the coupling’s condition. The device features a colored LED strip that directly indicates the condition of the flexible element through a color code. Furthermore, you can check the status of the coupling via the AIQ app using Bluetooth or by connecting it to your system with PLC connectivity. If you have Flender's AIQ Core hardware, you can also monitor the coupling status in the cloud-based AIQ portal.

AIQ Detect can be ordered factory-installed on new couplings or easily retrofitted to your existing coupling by ordering the AIQ Detect retrofit kit.
