3M™ VHB™ tape 4912 is a white, 2 mm thick VHB tape with acrylic adhesive. The 3M™ VHB™ tape 4912 features a strong acrylic adhesive that has viscoelastic properties. This forms a very strong double-sided foam tape that bonds to a wide variety of materials, such as aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, many composites and plastics, acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS plastic, as well as painted or treated wood. These mounting tapes offer excellent shear strength, conformability, surface adhesion, and heat resistance.
